We act as advisors to senior management teams and as desired program managers within organizations when sharpening strategies or setting up and tuning operational programs, making sure such programs fully support the strategy and business objectives.
Furthermore, we coach, support and educate senior managers and change leaders for major transformation projects. Such projects may be a result of a strategy update, an acquisition or an identified efficiency opportunity. In addition, we have specific expertise regarding integration aspects following a merger or acquisition decision.

In order to maximize the effect and value of our contribution, it is important to work closely with the client. In some cases we will take the lead, but in others we will rather take a distinct supportive role to foster ownership by the client. Regarding program management, we normally suggest the client to take this role but with strong support from 10Four Partners. However, if there is lack of suitable program manager candidates, we may also take on such an assignment.
